Air
We offer a comprehensive air freight service which is fully trackable from start to finish with your own dedicated representative for every shipment booked with Product Logistics. With a considerable amount of experience, the team can offer guidance & expertise regarding customs procedures & documentation to ensure a seamless movement.
Imports – we have customs clearance badges at all major UK airports. With direct communication between HMRC, airlines and cargo sheds, Product Logistics are able to make the customs clearance process smooth and uncomplicated – for onward delivery to the final customer’s address. Any UK import taxes can also be paid on an importer’s behalf to HMRC. With over 300 global partners we’re able to import shipments via airfreight from pretty much anywhere.
Exports – we work with leading airlines and our extensive network of partners across the globe can expedite customs clearance and delivery of your shipment. We send out our own weekly consolidations to multiple destinations & also have set contract rates with various airlines which means we’re able to offer competitive pricing. We also have a facility at LHR that can accept export deliveries with an onsite x-ray machine to ensure your cargo is screened & ready for departure within minutes.

Ocean
For shipments that are not so time-sensitive we can send your shipment via ocean via either LCL (less than container load) or FCL (full container load – 20/40FT)
Imports – we have customs clearance badges at all major UK ports & use various sub-contractors located at each port to ensure we have many options for deliveries once the goods arrive into the UK. Our experienced partners, particularly in the Far East, possess strong buying power meaning we’re always able to compete in regards to pricing.
Exports – We have contracts with all major shipping lines & send our own consolidations to the Middle East on a weekly basis. Whilst we can arrange collection from your facility, we also have container loading/unloading facilities at all major UK ports if you would prefer to deliver.
